The Roommate by caitlyn Dolphin
about this exhibition
The Roommate creates a portrait of consciousness through domestic objects, figures, and spaces. As we navigate our lives with our unique internal dialogues, a relationship is built between ourselves and our roommate. This collection exercises traditional mediums alongside subverted household materials. The Roommate examines how our conscious and unconscious routines manifest in our belongings, blurring the boundaries between home and body.
